As a theoretical architecture project, the NYC Micro Dwellings will be a new build NYC public housing building that provides studio condominiums for low to moderate income individuals and couples who are in search of a 5 to 10 year transitional residence. These potential tenants will be able to buy their condominium through a lease to purchase agreement. Each condominium will be either 400 or 600 sq. ft. and every unit will be accessible by all people. This means that bathrooms and kitchens will be larger than most studio apartments in NYC.
