Contemporary Pool House

Contemporary Pool House is a luxury home with a primary focus on relaxation, connecting with each other, and entertaining family, friends, and guests. This 3,600 square foot 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house has multiple large sliding glass doors on the ground floor that leads to large patio spaces surrounding an in-ground pool. There’s plenty of space to host private gatherings and pool-side parties in a place that’s concealed by the home and tall wood privacy fences.

This house is located at the corner of a raised lot of a suburban neighborhood with a quiet access road at the back leading to the private garage. There’s a pathway from the garage to the lower level patio and in-ground pool area, which is perfect for inviting people over for a pool party. The pathway, patio, and pool area is enclosed by a tall wood fence for privacy.

If we enter the house through the front entrance instead of the garage, there’s a large multi-purpose area that’s envisioned to be a music area with a grand piano. It’s next to a stair that’s against the tall two story glass window. Next to the grand piano is the dining area with a long table where everyone can come together and eat.

Against the wall of this area of the house is the kitchen that has a long center island with seating for 5 people. It’s a great place for people to come together to help prepare meals and setup for parties and game nights. Both the kitchen and the dining areas have access to large sliding glass doors that opens up to a covered patio area by the in-ground pool. This makes it a great place to see and be part of the activities outside.

At the other end of the house, there’s a large utility room, full bathroom with a standing shower, a living room, and a game area. The living room has a large sectional sofa facing a built-in entertainment center. It’s a great place for people to watch a movie, sports, and play video games together.

The living room shares the same space as the game area that has a foosball table and an air hockey machine. Both of these spaces have access to three large sliding doors that leads to the in-ground pool and another covered patio where the grill and outdoor dining table is located. This is a great place to work from home where you can take breaks and dip your feet in the pool or go for a quick swim.
